Course Description
Bachelor of Human Resource Management prepares students for careers in HR management, recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and labor relations. Offered at Institute of Finance Management (IFM), Mzumbe University, and other universities. Students learn HR principles, Tanzania labour laws, employee relations, and HR information systems. Graduates work as HR officers, recruitment specialists, training coordinators, and labor relations officers in public and private sectors.
